We’re getting’ hitched!

Hopefully, you already know who we are and why we have this website. For those of you who don't, however, here is a little ditty about the bride and groom.

Caitlin is a graduate of St. Anne’s Belfield School and Portman is a graduate of Langley High School and TASIS England. We both attended the University of Virginia, where we somehow managed to avoid each other during our first three years, until Caitlin’s matchmaking eight-year-old brother played Cupid in the fall of 2001.

    Caitlin graduated in 2002 from the McIntire School of Commerce and moved to Texas. Portman took a degree in economics and traveled to Africa. We reunited in Cambodia, where we volunteered for one year with Digital Divide Data, a non-profit which offers training and employment to landmine victims. We returned to the United States this spring, got engaged in Belize this July, and will be married in Charlottesville, VA in the summer of 2005.
